Gavin Wills
Director Business Improvement
Gavin is a specialist in building and improving businesses. He has worked both as a consultant to government and a wide variety of Australian businesses, and as senior manager with hands-on responsibility for business development.
He developed his skills with a national chartered accounting firm. He was an Associate Director, senior adviser and project manager with the firm’s Business Advisory Group. He gained extensive experience in business improvement projects for private, public and community enterprises.
He started Capesso in 2007 to bring together systems and advice to benefit business leaders and their organisations. Since then he has also been involved in the development of key systems.
Mark Kuiphuis
Director Systems
Mark is a programmer of business systems and commercial websites. Originally trained in The Netherlands as a chemical engineer, Mark followed his interest in information technology to professional programming roles in Europe before moving to Australia.
Mark joined Capesso in 2013 to develop our UnitiBase trade union membership system. This project has since become one of the most extensive systems ever built using the Neos development framework, and Mark himself has become an expert in the system. He has also developed a bespoke system for the collection of industry training levies.
He is now based permanently in Melbourne, Australia, literally working alongside our major clients.
